Unban My FF Account

I am writing regarding the permanent ban applied to my Free Fire account, which I received on 14/10/2026. When I try to log in, the screen clearly shows “Account banned” and states the reason as “Cheat”. I am aware that the system claims I used a hack, but I do not accept being permanently banned in this way, especially after investing around 60,000 into this account in total. I did not receive any clear explanation beyond the short “Cheat” notice and I was not given any chance to properly defend myself or have the situation reviewed in detail. Considering the time, effort and money I have spent on this account, I request that my account and ban be thoroughly re‑examined and that my account be unbanned if there is no clear and conclusive evidence justifying a permanent ban. I ask for detailed information about the reason and evidence for this decision and for a fair review of my account.
