Out of nowhere, Wix.com charged me ₺669 late at night without any prior notice or explanation! I have no idea what this charge is for or why they had the right to take my money. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I didn’t authorize this payment, and I don’t even know what service or subscription it’s tied to. To make matters worse, their policies and support process are unnecessarily complicated, making it even harder to resolve this issue. I demand an immediate refund of my ₺669 and a clear explanation of why this charge was made in the first place. Wix needs to fix this immediately and stop treating customers like this!
