On September 15, 2025, while taking a taxi ride in Ankara through the Yandex Go app, an unauthorized charge of 421 TL was made on my Akbank Troy card without my knowledge or consent.
In my account statement, the transaction appeared as “Nomupay Alpos Teknoloji.” This charge was completely unrelated to my taxi fare and was carried out without any approval from me.
I have not yet been able to contact customer service about this issue. I demand that the unauthorized charge be refunded immediately and that an explanation be provided as to how such a charge could occur through Yandex Go and Nomu Pay.
