WePlay Banned Account Appeal for ID 10050367

Hello WePlay Support Team, I am a WePlay user, and my game account, ID 10050367, has been banned for about 68 days. The ban happened after an incident in the in-game chat where I was only talking with another player, and then that player reported me. I did not use cheats, hacks, or any illegal software, and I did not make any purchases in the app. I only chatted, and after that report, my account was suddenly banned. After the ban, I tried to contact support, but I still have not received any response. I still do not clearly know the exact reason for the ban, and I believe this was an unfair decision based only on a player report without a proper investigation. I kindly request that my account, ID 10050367, be reviewed carefully again and that the ban be removed if no actual violation is found. I want to keep playing WePlay on my original account, and I am ready to cooperate and provide any additional information if needed. Thank you for your help.
