Unauthorized Iyzico Zara Transaction Not Refunded

I am an Akbank credit card customer and I noticed an unauthorized transaction on my card with the last four digits 2632. On 04.10.2025, a transaction of ₺9,468 was made through a firm named iyzico-zara.com as an online purchase. This transaction was carried out without my permission and approval, and no confirmation or information message was sent to me. I noticed the transaction only when checking my statement during my credit card payment, and it is completely outside my knowledge and does not belong to me. Regarding this unauthorized expenditure, I first contacted Akbank customer service on 06.10.2025 and submitted my objection. Afterwards, on 07.11.2025, I personally went to the bank branch and lodged a formal complaint again. Despite all these applications, I have not received any clear and final information about the process. Every time I follow up, I am only told that it is still under review and that a response will be given within approximately 14 to 180 days, and I have not felt that any real effort is being made to assist me. Meanwhile, I was forced to pay the ₺9,468 , even though the transaction was carried out without my knowledge. It is unacceptable in terms of customer rights and banking regulations that such a large unauthorized transaction was carried out on my card without any verification step and that my objection has not been concluded for two months and I have not been properly informed. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated, that the amount of ₺9,468 withdrawn from my card be immediately refunded to me, that my objection application be concluded without further delay, and that I be provided with clear written information about the entire process.
