Windsor CM 9WS120 Washing Machine Moves Excessively and Damages Clothes

I purchased the Windsor CM 9WS120 9kg 1200 RPM washing machine, and it has been nothing but trouble. While spinning, it doesn’t just move slightly—it shakes violently, making loud noises and literally "walking" across the floor. This excessive movement has even torn several pieces of clothing during washes.

Additionally, the machine doesn’t clean properly. For some items, I have to pre-wash them by hand before putting them in the machine, which defeats the purpose of owning a washing machine. I relied on positive reviews when purchasing this model, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I expect Windsor to address these issues immediately and provide a solution, whether through repair, replacement, or a refund. This product does not meet basic performance expectations.
