I purchased a Windsor washing machine by Vestel and started using it just a week ago. Almost immediately, the machine began operating with excessive noise and even started moving out of place while running. I recorded videos of these issues and showed them to the technical service team, but they claimed there was no problem with the machine. This response is both dismissive and frustrating—it's as if the machine is moving around my home for fun! I’ve never encountered anything so absurd with a household appliance. I demand that Vestel take this issue seriously, inspect the machine properly, and either repair or replace it promptly. This level of service is unacceptable for a new product!
