Windsor 9000 BTU Air Conditioner Loud, Inefficient, and Shuts Down Constantly

I purchased a Windsor 9000 BTU air conditioner a year ago, and it has been a nightmare during the winter. The unit makes unbearable vibrations and loud noises in heating mode, to the point where we can’t sleep. It also shuts down frequently and barely heats the room.

I’ve tried contacting customer service, but I can’t even find a proper service number to get help. This is extremely frustrating, especially with a small baby at home and the winter season already here. For the high price we paid, we expected better quality and performance. At this point, I feel like we’d be better off blowing warm air ourselves.

I demand urgent service to fix this issue. Such poor manufacturing and lack of support are unacceptable for a premium-priced product.
