Windsor Refrigerator Ruining Fresh Produce – Replacement Needed
Hello, I purchased a Windsor refrigerator about 1.5 years ago, and I’ve been facing constant issues ever since. The fridge causes excessive icing, and vegetables and fruits spoil or rot quickly. When I initially contacted customer service, I requested a replacement, but they assured me the issue could be fixed with adjustments over the phone. Despite following their instructions, the problem persists.
The refrigerator is still under warranty, and I am now demanding a replacement. It’s unacceptable to keep wasting expensive groceries because of a defective appliance. I’ve used many refrigerators before, and this one clearly has an inherent flaw. Windsor, please take responsibility and resolve this issue by providing a functioning replacement immediately.
