I Can’t Cancel My WeTransfer Free Trial Subscription

I signed up for WeTransfer’s free trial subscription but now I can’t cancel it. Since I no longer need the service, I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, but it simply won’t let me. I even emailed WeTransfer requesting cancellation, but have yet to receive any response. I urgently want my subscription canceled before any money is withdrawn from my account. This lack of clear cancellation options and poor customer support is frustrating and unacceptable. I expect WeTransfer to fix this immediately, stop charging me, and confirm my subscription cancellation without delay. Please take this seriously and resolve it fast.
