I Paid for WeTransfer Yearly Plan but Cannot Send Files for Months

Even though we paid for a yearly subscription to WeTransfer, we haven’t been able to send files for the past two months. We constantly get the error message “Something went wrong,” and despite enabling notifications, we only receive automated replies. We’re paying a significant amount of money but not receiving the service, and I no longer want to use WeTransfer because this situation feels like a scam. What’s worse, we can send the same files through the free plan without issues, and there’s no real support or contact person to reach.
