WeTransfer Slow and Error-Prone Despite $12 Payment – Requesting Refund

I’ve been experiencing significant issues with WeTransfer. Despite having a high-speed internet connection and paying $12 for the service, file transfers are extremely slow and frequently fail with error messages. I expected a seamless transfer experience given the premium payment, but unfortunately, it’s been far from that. In fact, I find that some free file-sharing services work better than WeTransfer right now. This is frustrating, and I believe paying customers deserve a reliable service. I’m requesting that WeTransfer’s support team address these issues promptly and process a refund for the unsatisfactory service.
