WeTransfer Continued Billing Despite Cancellation Confirmation

I am certain that I canceled my paid WeTransfer subscription during the second month of use, and I even received a confirmation message stating that the cancellation had been completed successfully. Despite this, I later discovered that another charge had still been taken from my account.

I remember that subscription fees continued to be charged for approximately three months, and most recently, around $12 was withdrawn from my bank card on April 15, 2026. Even though I repeatedly checked and confirmed that my subscription had been canceled, being charged again for a membership that should no longer be active is completely unacceptable.

My WeTransfer account is registered with the email address i********@gmail.com. I request that the most recent payment, which I believe was charged unfairly, be refunded to me and that I receive written confirmation verifying that my subscription has truly been terminated and will not renew again.
