I Can’t Cancel My WeTransfer Subscription – Charged Unnecessarily

I signed up for a one-month subscription on WeTransfer.com, planning to use it only briefly. When I no longer needed the service, I tried to cancel my subscription, but the cancellation process wouldn’t go through. Despite following all steps, I was still charged for an additional period. This issue has been frustrating, as I’m now paying for a service I don’t need. I’m urgently requesting that WeTransfer cancel my subscription and issue a refund for the charge taken without my consent. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, and I need a prompt solution to close my account and recover my funds.
