Wattpad Charges Monthly Despite Membership Cancellation

I signed up for a short-term Wattpad membership and canceled it immediately, but my credit card continues to be charged ₺16.99 every month. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I cannot cancel the membership, and now I am unable to log into my account due to constant errors. This ongoing problem has become extremely frustrating, as I initially thought the cancellation was successful. I expect Wattpad to resolve this issue promptly by stopping the recurring charges and refunding the amounts already taken. If this issue is not addressed immediately, I will consider escalating it further. Please provide a solution as soon as possible.
