CapCut Charged for Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions on the Same Account
In December 2024, I purchased a one-month subscription to CapCut for 249.99₺. At the end of December, I upgraded to an annual subscription, which cost 1,399.00₺ and was charged to my credit card in full. However, despite having an active annual subscription, CapCut charged me again in January 2025 for the monthly subscription fee of 249.99₺.
I had already canceled the monthly subscription, but it appears the cancellation wasn’t processed properly. It’s unacceptable that the system cannot detect an active annual subscription on the same account and continues to charge for both subscriptions simultaneously.
I am asking CapCut to refund the 249.99₺ monthly fee, as I’m already paying for a yearly plan. Please resolve this issue promptly and ensure such overlapping charges do not happen again.
