Wattpad Charged Annual Subscription but App Access Is Blocked

I recently started using Wattpad to write books, but now I am unable to access the app due to a restriction. Despite this, the annual subscription fee has already been charged. It’s completely unreasonable to pay for a service I cannot use. I have tried to resolve this issue, but there has been no response or assistance from Wattpad.

I am requesting a full refund for the subscription fee as I cannot utilize the service I paid for. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action. I expect immediate communication and a resolution to this frustrating situation. Wattpad needs to address this issue urgently.
