I purchased a one-year CapCut membership through the App Store during the Efsane Kasım sale (Order No: MT8XHN89LM). The payment was successfully charged to my credit card, yet I still do not have access to the membership. Instead, I continue to see ads prompting me to subscribe.
I have already contacted both App Store and CapCut via email, but I have not received a resolution. This is unacceptable, and I am requesting either a full refund or immediate activation of my membership. Please address this issue promptly, as I should not be charged for a service I cannot use. I expect a quick response to resolve this frustrating situation.
