Paid for CapCut Subscription but Can’t Use It or Cancel

I purchased a one-year CapCut subscription, but due to insufficient funds, the payment didn’t go through initially. Later that evening, I added money to my account, and the app immediately withdrew 1400₺. However, despite the payment being processed, I am still unable to access the subscription benefits—it continues to prompt me to purchase again.

I’ve tried canceling the subscription through the app, but it doesn’t allow me to. I used the free version for a year and decided to upgrade, only to face this frustrating situation.

I am requesting an immediate refund and cancellation of the subscription. It’s unacceptable to pay for a service that I cannot use. Please address this issue promptly.
