Watsons Refused to Replace My Broken Golden Rose Eyeshadow

On August 21, 2025, I purchased an eyeshadow from the Golden Rose brand at the Watsons Izmir Karsiyaka Carsi branch. When I got home, I noticed that the eyeshadow had come out of its case and was broken. I did not damage the product in any way; I had only walked home for about 10 minutes. Only one compartment of the eyeshadow was broken, which already showed it was a manufacturing defect. The next day, I took the product back to the store, but the staff said it was not their fault and refused a refund or exchange. They suggested I return to the branch or contact Watsons via chat. Through chat, I received the same response, with no explanation or solution, and was told that the product would not be refunded or exchanged. Despite having my receipt and all the details, I was constantly dismissed and left without support. The fact that the product turned out faulty and no responsibility was taken caused me both financial and emotional trouble. I request a product replacement and expect an urgent solution.
