Watsons Campaign Points Not Credited After Eligible Purchase


On February 5, 2024, relying on the 300 TL worth of points campaign for purchases over 600 TL on the Watsons app, I placed an order worth 624 TL. Yet, my points still haven't been loaded, and I'm eagerly awaiting the urgent resolution of this issue. I've emailed customer service about the situation, but I haven't received a positive or negative response yet. I request my request to be answered as soon as possible. Thank you in advance. This delay is frustrating, especially considering I made the purchase with the expectation of benefiting from the loyalty points promotion.
