Watsons Failed to Deliver My Complete Order and Ignored My Complaint
In 2023, I ordered from Watsons online, looking forward to a seamless experience. My order took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was missing items. I contacted customer service several times, and although the representatives were polite and reassuring, the problem was still not resolved. Even though they assured me they would investigate the issue, there has been no action taken to resolve it. As of 2025, I am still awaiting a resolution to this issue. Waiting this long for something as simple as completing an order is simply not acceptable. I am feeling quite frustrated and overlooked as a customer. My order number is WTS0103757759, and I look forward to a prompt resolution.
