Watsons Delivers Revolution Makeup Supplies Incorrectly
Watsons sent my order of Revolution brand 2 makeup supplies that I placed on 31.07.2023 to Cevahir Shopping Center as Urban Shampoo. I have previously sent the images of the related incorrect cargo as an e-mail for request. They told me to send a refund of the cargo, but the mall store employees said that they could only make the wrong cargo returns from the store themselves, they could not give them to the customer (this is also a separate nonsense, unnecessary workload for them) it was sent to MNG Kargo as a refund from Cevahir Shopping Center on October 12, 2023 with the code on the cargo included in the appendix. This cargo has been in the same province for 1 week, I still don't understand how it can't reach the logistics warehouse and they won't refund my money! The "support" button that they direct people to when they call the call center, which you advertise a lot, is also not working properly. The call center employees were waiting for a return from the upper authorised unit in the call logs, nothing more than Decrypting the emergency note. I'm really wondering what the authorised unit does at Watsons company, if it can't solve customers' problems! Employees of the upper division; the product problem continues and I am overstretched. I have also filed a complaint to the district governor about the issue. The Watsons are embezzling people's money and delaying transactions.
