On November 23, 2023, I took advantage of the Watsons discount and ordered Maybelline New York falsies surreal mascara. The product was returned on November 30 without my knowledge? Hepsijet company says it's because of wrong label printing? I can't reach Watsons customer service? Who will fix my problem? Moreover, I still haven't received my refund yet.
