Thank you for solving the problem.

On November 23, 2023, I took advantage of the Watsons discount and ordered Maybelline New York falsies surreal mascara. The product was returned on November 30 without my knowledge? Hepsijet company says it's because of wrong label printing? I can't reach Watsons customer service? Who will fix my problem? Moreover, I still haven't received my refund yet. How much time has passed from November 30th to December 5th! I do not request the return of my product. You must compensate for this. I have been a victim for so many days!

Still no progress? Despite calling customer service a thousand times, I literally can't speak to a real person? You are such a disappointment that I don't even care about the product anymore, just refund my money!
