MiniChat and OmeTV Account Banned After Minor Appeared

I am writing about the suspension of my account on your services. I use MiniChat and OmeTV on my iPhone 15 Pro, and yesterday my account was suddenly banned with a message stating that I am blocked because of a minor. In the session when this happened, a child appeared on the screen, and shortly after that my account was banned. I did not intend to violate any rules, and I believe this was a misunderstanding related to the presence of a minor in the program. I have not been given any detailed explanation or chance to clarify the situation. I kindly request that you review this ban, check the related session in detail, and remove the restriction on my account if possible. I would like my account to be reactivated, or at least to receive a clear explanation of the specific reason and evidence for this decision.
