BDG Win Payment Deducted but Deposit Not Received

I deposited ₹5,000 into my BDG Win account on 29 July 2026 at around 08:30 am using Paytm via Super QR-pay. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account and was sent from Makhan S*** to an account in the name of Bipin K***. Despite this, the ₹5,000 has still not been credited to my BDG Win game ID 14049***. The UTR/payment reference number for this transaction is 621008040897. Although the payment appears as successful on my side, my BDG Win balance has not been updated. I contacted BDG Win support and was only told to wait, but on other platforms similar payment issues are usually resolved quickly, so this long delay is causing me serious concern. I request that my payment be urgently checked using UTR 621008040897 and that the ₹5,000 either be credited to my BDG Win ID as soon as possible or fully refunded to my original payment method.
