Recover Hacked eFootball Account After Email Change

I am writing regarding my eFootball account linked to my Konami ID. Around two weeks ago my account was hacked and my registered email address was changed without my permission. Since then I have completely lost access to the account and it is no longer under my control. I have supporting material showing the unauthorized access and email change and can share it when requested. I have not yet received any help on this issue because I have not been able to resolve it through any other channel. I kindly request that my eFootball account be recovered, the unauthorized email change be reversed, and my access be restored as soon as possible. I also ask that the suspicious activity on my Konami ID be investigated and the necessary security measures be taken to prevent this from happening again.
