Watsons Deletes My Campaign Points Due To Their Technical Difficulties

I made a purchase at Watsons worth 500 TL for campaign points that values at 250 TL. Despite complying with all the campaign conditions, I was unable to use my points due to Watsons' own system error until the expiration date of the points on June 25th. I also shared screenshots of the issue with them via email. You can also find numerous complaints from others online who have experienced the same problem. By chance, on June 28th, when I checked the application and wanted to use my points in the store, the staff informed me that the points were not visible on my card, even though my points were still visible on both the application and the website. When I called customer service, they told me that they had reported my complaint to the relevant departments and asked me to wait. However, half an hour after they hung up, my points were deleted as if they were making fun of me. On July 4th, since I still hadn't received any feedback, I called customer service again and they said, "We had extended the points validity for our customers experiencing issues for 3 days, but you didn't use them within that period." There was no notification given to me or other customers about the extension. However, the main problem is that even when I tried to use my points during the extended 3-day period, I still couldn't use them. I am an Elite member of Watsons, and I used to do all my shopping there, but I have no intention of even stepping foot near their store from now on.
