Watsons is not Awarding Points for Purchases, Not Allowing

I made a purchase of 519 liras from the Watsons Turkey application on 17 July. At the beginning of August, 200 TL points would be charged for 500 TL shopping when ordering. Points upload date is August 1, deletion date is August 5th. Points were uploaded at 17.10 on August 4th. At 17.20 the score was deleted. I called customer service, this points appears on them but not on me. Because aplication is too crowded. If my poiets is not received within 1.5 hours, it will be deleted. I think this was done on purpose. Advertisements are made shopping and we will give you points. but not give or not allow to use points.They give points on the last day, at the last minute and Watsons Turkey aplication does not allow us to use points most of the time. We experience the same situation every time. It doesn't suit a corporate place.
