Watsons False Campaign and False Promises

I spent over 500 TL on the Watsons app, enticed by the promise of receiving 250 TL in reward points. My excitement, however, quickly turned to frustration. The points were supposed to be credited to my account shortly after the announcement date (September 1st), but they didn't appear until much later, and they were later revoked, much to my disappointment. "Did I make an unauthorized purchase?" I wondered. It's obvious that I didn't. I contacted Watsons' customer service, seeking clarification and requesting the reinstatement of my hard-earned points. This entire ordeal has left me feeling betrayed and disappointed.

My problem is still not resolved. They are offering a 50TL discount coupon just to get rid of me. They are never solution-oriented. The customer representative does their job well, but a company like Watsons tires people out with such small measures and doesn't solve the issues.
