Wander Prints Custom Family Puzzle Came With Faint Writing

had this grand plan for a fun family night with a custom, the website even had great customer service, we messaged back and forth a bunch to make sure our family photo would be on the puzzle, fast forward to the puzzle arriving, total fiasco. The writing on the pieces was so faint, nothing like the clear picture they showed online. the puzzle itself was more like a brain teaser than a family activity. Between the waiting and the back-and-forth with customer service, I was already feeling a little worn out. Then the puzzle arrived and just.... I'm just too beat to even deal with it anymore. Disappointing for sure, especially after all the time and money we spent. Guess movie night it is!
