there were a few problems right from the beginning. What really surprised me was when they mistakenly delivered my order to a different address. I provided them with the correct address, they still somehow managed to mess it up, even provided them with ample time to organise everything, so it wasn't a sudden or rushed decision. This was meant to be a delightful surprise for my wife on our anniversary, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. I took a ris, went through the trouble of organising something special, only to see it all go wrong because of someone else's error. I can't believe they made such a basic mistake like delivering to the wrong address…
