Watch Station Gift Card Misinformation Left Me Empty-Handed
Bad customer service. I wanted to exchange a watch that was given to me, but there weren't any that I liked in the store. They told me I could exchange them for gift cards that could be used online. But when I tried to use the gift card online, I couldn't find a way to do so. After calling customer service several times, they didn't answer. Later you know what I discovered?? The branch finally said that gift cards could only be used in the store!!! Not just because there was nothing appaling I felt like I was decieved, so I asked them for a refund, the branch manager was rude and unhelpful, and they denied making any mistakes, even though their bad management wasted my time. Stay away from this place! Find stores that care about their customers.
