Gearbest Deceptive Product Description Led To Misunderstandings
one of the things I ordered looked nothing like the picture on their website, totally different, were they trying to trick me?? worse, another item broke like, literally seconds after I used it. contacted their customer service to see what they could do. They admitted the website description was wrong, but nothing to fix it, didn't even bother to fix it! They basically said "sorry, not sorry" to me, but kept misleading everyone else with their lies, how messed up is that? Since they wouldn't take responsibility, I left a review about the broken product on their site. Hoping to warn others, they just blocked my review! Can you believe the nerve? They only want people to see the good stuff, not the reality
