Pottery Barn Poor Quality, Endless Phone Calls, Not Worth The Price!
placed this substantial order a month ago, they said it would be delivered by 6/10/24. It hasn’t untill two days ago. The worst part is about to come. In order to get a status update on my order, had to call four times in three weeks. Beyond that, regarding two of those four occasions, I was flat-out misled regarding the status. To my utter dismay, no one ever followed through on their repeated assurances that someone would return my call to resolve the issue. the high-quality the items they sent me were no where near what they depicted…two of the three customized products were actually the worst. Not good at all. Waiting on hold for half an hour has been a complete and utter waste of time. To be honest, the prices they charge aren't worth the hassle. no. I'll just pass.
