Walmart App Not Showing Full Account Details or Order History

I live in Montgomery, Alabama and I use the Walmart app on my phone. Today in the mid‑morning, I noticed that I can only see limited shipping information for just the last few items on my most recent transaction. I only get basic delivery info with no pictures of the products, and I cannot access my full account details or information through the app. I contacted Walmart customer service and spoke with a representative, but I was very upset and the issue was not resolved. My Walmart order confirmation for reference is dated August 24, 2026, with order number 2000152-76908709. I request that my full account access be restored and that I be able to view all of my account details, order history, and product information properly through the Walmart app.
