Unjust Ban On SoulChill Account

I am writing regarding the device ban applied to my SoulChill account and kindly request that it be reviewed and removed. My account with the user ID 6336*** and the email address rami.raf***@gmail.com was banned on 15 June 2026 at around 15:28. When I try to log in, I see a warning on the SoulChill application stating that my device has been blocked due to a violation of the usage rules. However, I do not know exactly which rule I am alleged to have violated. The ban seems to have been triggered after I accidentally sent a picture in a chat. This was a mistake and I did not intend to misuse the application or violate any rules. I sincerely apologize if my action caused any misunderstanding or problem. My only request is that you reevaluate this situation and give me a second chance. I am using a Redmi Note 14 device, and this device is currently banned from accessing SoulChill. I would be grateful if you could review my account and device status, inform me clearly of the reason for the ban if possible, and remove the device ban so that I can continue using the application in accordance with your rules.
