Vrbo Payment Hassle - Guest Stay Completed, but No Payment Received

I incorporated my residence into the Vrbo accommodation app, and I recently had a guest book their stay through the platform. The stay has been finalized, but Vrbo is currently experiencing issues with processing the payment. I'm having trouble grasping this corruption. We had a lengthy phone call, but unfortunately, the problem remained unresolved. I've been trying to contact the company regularly, sending messages, but I haven't received any response. It appears that there is a lack of human presence in customer service. The responses they provide are consistently generic. It seems like the responses are most likely generated by AI bots, and unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a solution. As a host, I expect to receive my payment.
