I am absolutely outraged with Hotels.com! I stayed at a hotel through their site in May, and now I can't get my invoice ...for the accommodation. It's infuriating; I've tried every possible way to contact Hotels.com, and it's like talking to a brick wall. Their "customer service" is a completely useles
