I am absolutely outraged with Hotels.com! I stayed at a hotel through their site in May, and now I can't get my invoice for the accommodation. It's infuriating; I've tried every possible way to contact Hotels.com, and it's like talking to a brick wall. Their "customer service" is a completely useless virtual AI that offers no real help.

This so-called AI has no menu option for invoice inquiries, which means there's no human being to talk to about this critical issue. They'll hand out a receipt, sure, but there's no official invoice in sight. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a massive problem for accounting and proof of my business expenses. How can a major company like Hotels.com operate without a proper system for providing invoices or a way to speak to a real person?

Hotels.com, you need to fix this immediately. Provide me with the official invoice for my May accommodation now! I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating ordeal. Stop hiding behind chatbots and create a legitimate channel for customers to get the financial documents they need. This lack of accountability and support is completely unacceptable.
