I've been having a difficult time with Vodafone. I ordered a product three months ago that is still listed as "in transit" in the shipping status. Even though I canceled the order three months ago, it still appears on my bill, and Vodafone refuses to cancel it. When I call their customer service, I am met with unhelpful and rude representatives who attempt to direct me to other channels. I deeply regret using Vodafone as my service provider and will never mention their name again if I can. I'm sharing my story to save others from going through the same ordeal. My bill is 256 TL and my frustration is beyond words. I want to make sure that no one else has to go through this.
