Vodafone's Unfulfilled Promises and Customer Service Fiasco

After my minutes ran out in June, Vodafone automatically charged me 50 TL for a package. When I asked to cancel, they suggested I get a 25 TL overage package and promised to refund the 50 TL in July. Okay, I agreed. When July rolled around, I canceled the package, but they insisted I still pay the 25 TL. That is illogical! Even though I did not use the overage package, they are still charging me 50 TL and have promised a refund. To make matters worse, when I complained about a representative abruptly hanging up on me, they opened a ticket and kept me on hold for 16 minutes and 35 seconds, only to discover later that the ticket had vanished and they had no record of the call! My bill information is also missing. This is ridiculous!
