such a nightmare trying to cancel my Vodafone line for the past 3 weeks. Every time I call customer service, they promise to cancel it, but the cancellation just doesn't seem to go through. They keep charging me for the service that I don't even want! I've lost count of how many times I've tried to get this sorted out. I call them, explain the situation, and they just hang up on me! never dealt with a company this unprofessional and frustrating in my life yet gonna do everything I can to switch to a different service provider, and tell everyone I know who has Vodafone to do the same. No one should have to go through this kind of headache just to cancel a line.
