Frustration with Vodafone's 2800 TL Roaming Charge

The previous month, I made three separate purchases of international roaming packages from Vodafone. Despite this, they continued to charge my card a total of 2,800 TL. They will not issue a refund under any circumstances, despite the numerous complaints that have been filed against them. They assure me that they will get in touch with me, but I know that those assurances are just words. Attempting to get in touch with a customer service representative is a nightmare that never ends. It is beyond all measure of frustration. In the event that this issue is not resolved in a timely manner, I will be switching to a different carrier.
