Vodafone Network Issue
I have been having network problems on my postpaid Vodafone line for 15 days, my voice calls are cut off and I cannot use the mobile internet. Thinking that there is infrastructure work in the region where it is located, I explained the customer service distribution situation. Information was given that no work was done in the region. I faced the same problem again when I tried my SIM card on a different device. After that, when I called customer service again, it was stated that the spare SIM card had been given to me by the Vodafone dealer. When I went to the dealer, an 85 TL fee certificate was charged and a spare sim was given. I followed customer service again and created my request for my spare SIM card free of charge. I've been victimized by the 15th and I keep lingering from dealer to customer service. It is deplorable that Vodafone has a customer approach and takes care of my problem. I have not used my line stably, Vodafone does not care. Their only concern is to renew the tariff as it is consistent. After a few months, the consistency of my postpaid line ends and I will switch to a different operator to avoid Vodafone regrets again.
