Vodafone False Promises and Poor Customer Service



I can't believe Vodafone continues to exploit consumers in order to maximize profits. Despite numerous complaints, they have failed to provide viable solutions. It's disappointing that I'm on a postpaid plan and fell for their ruse, even recommending it to others. If anyone reading this is considering Vodafone, I strongly advise them to reconsider. It's a terrible decision. They enticed me with a 50 TL gift from their spin wheel and a 75 TL offer for network issues. They also promised free shipping on orders of 100 TL or more, but this is all a lie. I've been attempting to contact them for three days with no success. They deceive people for their own gain, and I strongly advise you to avoid them.

During my conversation with Vodafone customer service, a person named Esm** displayed a disrespectful attitude and disregarded my complaints. Despite repeatedly expressing my desire to speak with another representative, she continued to speak rudely and failed to address my issue. This individual and Vodafone as a company have once again demonstrated their poor quality and lack of professionalism. As a consumer, I urge everyone to stay away from companies that exhibit such behavior. This is the reason why I am writing this message.
