Vodafone Network Is Down, No Improvement Since Weeks

I am a Vodafone user. In my area, my cell phone line is constantly disconnected and restored. While talking on the phone, conversations are interrupted, I cannot connect to the internet. I reported the issue to customer service on July 1 and July 9. They said that the network was inadequate in my area and that technical procedures would be carried out and the problem would be solved within 9 days, but 15 days have passed since my first complaint and the same problem still continues. If the network problem continues, I will move my line to another operator. I'm having constant connection problems with my mobile phone line. The authorities said that the network was insufficient due to the density in the region and that the problem would be resolved by the technical department within 9 days. But for 15 days my problem persists.
