Activation Issues with Vodafone E-SIMs

I chose to get an e-SIM with Vodafone, but I ended up regretting it because it was a postpaid plan. I tried to use the e-SIM, but it didn't work for me. Even though I gave them my bank information and everything, the line still didn't work even after I set up the e-SIM. After I reached out to Vodafone and explained the problem, they told me to provide personal identification and transferred me to another person. I told the agent a lot of information, but they asked about the plan that I picked months ago. I couldn't remember because the tariffs keep changing all the time. The customer service person told me to go back to Vodafone to finish what I needed to do. When I asked where they were located, which was 140 km away from the city, the representative suddenly hung up. Vodafone's rude behavior shows that they don't care about their customers. I lost my e-SIM card, so my phone line isn't working anymore. Now I'm stuck in a faraway village with no way to communicate. What can I do now?
