I Hear Auto Volume Fluctuations on My New Vivo Y18 While Playing Games or Music

I recently bought the Vivo Y18, and I’m already dealing with an annoying issue that makes the phone hard to enjoy. Whether I’m listening to music, watching videos, or playing games, the sound randomly goes up and down on its own. One moment it's loud, the next it's barely audible—without me even touching the volume buttons. It’s completely unpredictable and ruins the entire experience, especially when I’m trying to relax or focus.

This isn’t just my device either. After checking online, I noticed that many other Vivo Y18 users are facing the same issue, which makes me think this is a widespread defect. It’s frustrating because I used the Vivo Y22s before this, and it never gave me any problems. I expected better from Vivo, especially since I trusted the brand enough to buy another phone from them.
