I’ve had nothing but trouble with my Vivo Y22s, and I’m beyond frustrated. The phone deletes my saved contacts on its own—yes, you read that right. I save a number today, and within a week, it vanishes without warning. This keeps happening no matter how many times I re-save the contacts. I even checked online for solutions, but nothing helped. It’s not a syncing issue either—these numbers are just completely wiped out. It makes the phone unreliable and useless for communication.
To make things worse, the screen recording function doesn’t work properly either. Whenever I record my screen, it only captures the video—there’s no audio at all. What’s the point of a screen recording feature that can’t capture sound?
I paid good money for this device, and it’s failing at even the most basic tasks. Vivo needs to fix these bugs immediately or provide a software update that addresses both issues. I’m extremely disappointed and expect a real solution—not just silence or excuses.
